Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, all content created and published by Kids Cash Academy is protected by United States copyright law and other applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Printed books

  • Digital curriculum

  • Downloadable resources

  • Lesson plans

  • Worksheets

  • Activities

  • Card games

  • Illustrations

  • Product photography

  • Graphics

  • Videos

  • Website content

  • Written materials

  • Logos and branding elements

No portion of our materials may be copied, reproduced, scanned, distributed, stored, transmitted, modified, published, displayed, or otherwise used beyond the scope of the applicable license without prior written permission from Kids Cash Academy, except as permitted under applicable law.

Licensing

Purchasing a Kids Cash Academy product grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials in accordance with the license provided for that product.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Ownership of all copyrights and other proprietary rights remains with Kids Cash Academy.

Permitted Use

Unless otherwise specified, purchasers may:

  • Use purchased materials for their intended educational purpose.

  • Print resources as permitted by the product purchased.

  • Download and store digital files for licensed use.

  • Reuse purchased materials in accordance with the license included with the product.

Educational Use

Kids Cash Academy welcomes the use of our resources by:

  • Families

  • Homeschool educators

  • Public schools

  • Private schools

  • Charter schools

  • Homeschool co-ops

  • Churches

  • Tutors

  • Nonprofit organizations

  • Educational programs

  • Businesses providing educational instruction

Use of our materials must remain within the scope of the license or quantity purchased. Additional copies or licenses may be required for multiple users, classrooms, campuses, or organizations.

For bulk purchases, classroom sets, organizational licensing, or other educational partnerships, please contact us. We would be happy to discuss the licensing option that best fits your needs.

Prohibited Uses

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Kids Cash Academy, you may not:

  • Share purchased digital files with individuals or organizations that have not purchased access.

  • Upload digital resources to publicly accessible websites, cloud storage platforms, or file-sharing services.

  • Sell, sublicense, lease, rent, or redistribute our products or digital materials.

  • Remove copyright notices or other proprietary notices.

  • Modify our materials and present them as your own work.

  • Copy, scan, reproduce, or distribute substantial portions of our books, curriculum, or other resources beyond the scope of the applicable license.

Brand Name and Logos

The name Kids Cash Academy, our logos, product names, and other brand elements are valuable proprietary assets of Kids Cash Academy.

They may not be copied, reproduced, displayed, or used in a manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership without our prior written permission.

Nothing in this policy grants permission to use our brand, logos, or other identifying materials without authorization.

Sharing on Social Media

We love seeing Kids Cash Academy being used in homes, classrooms, and communities.

You are welcome to share photographs of your learning experiences and finished projects on social media. When possible, please tag Kids Cash Academy so we can celebrate alongside you.

To protect the value of our resources for all customers, please do not post complete lessons, printable pages, answer keys, downloadable files, or other substantial portions of our copyrighted materials online.

Permissions

If you would like to reproduce portions of our materials, use Kids Cash Academy resources beyond the standard license, request bulk licensing, or discuss partnership opportunities, please contact us.

Permission requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Reporting Copyright Concerns

If you believe that Kids Cash Academy materials have been copied, distributed, or used without authorization, or if you believe your own copyrighted work has been improperly used on our website, please contact us so we can promptly investigate the matter.
